Cheryl Dudley is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 20 years of experience in the auction industry. She oversees the firm’s financial activities including financial decision making, business development, and strategic management. Cheryl handles accounting reports, payroll, and serves as property manager for the property management division.

Trae is the firm’s primary manager for technology and marketing, and he has eight years of experience as a ringman.

Phil Bonnie served honorably in the United States Marine Corps in Iraq before being medically retired in 2009. He continued government work with the Departments of Defense and State before transitioning into futures trading and cryptocurrency brokering while living in Israel. Phil returned to the U.S. in 2019, obtained his real estate license, and later joined Dudley Resources after discovering the potential of the auction method for selling real estate.

Kurt Huizinga is a highly accomplished professional with over 34 years of experience in the financial and Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed hundreds of liquidation and restructuring projects for corporate and secured creditors, trustees, and Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) clients.

In his previous position as the CFO and General Manager at Receivables Control Corporation, Mike was responsible for overseeing the implementation of the company's action plan and goals, ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives.
